Real Estate Professional Use

This service is intended exclusively for licensed real estate professionals, brokers, and their authorized agents. Users must comply with all applicable real estate licensing requirements and regulations.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the system. We provide tools to export your data at any time. Upon termination, your data will be securely deleted according to our data retention policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

Limitation of Liability

AI ProSpark and Aegis Sphere Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
